Welcome to Gogo’s RV Repair. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by our mobile RV repair service. By scheduling service, you agree to these professional standards designed to ensure transparency and quality care for your vehicle.
Mobile Service Business
We travel to your location by appointment. Availability is subject to scheduling, travel distance, weather conditions, and parts availability. We strive to be punctual and will communicate any delays promptly.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide a safe, accessible work area and disclose all known issues. Please secure pets, remove personal belongings from the work area, and ensure the RV is in a safe condition for our technicians to perform their work.
Estimates & Repairs
Estimates are provided based on visible conditions. If additional repairs or parts are required, we will always obtain your approval before performing any extra work. Transparency is key to our veteran-owned values.
Warranty Information
Labor Warranty: 2 days from the date of service. Parts Warranty: As provided by the manufacturer. We stand behind our workmanship and the components we install.
Maufacturer Warranty
We honor select original manufacturer warranties and collaborate with third-party providers. Warranty work coverage is subject to change at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
We perform repairs using industry best practices. Gogo’s RV Repair is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, manufacturer failures, or wear and tear. This limitation does not waive liability for negligent workmanship.
Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due upon completion of service. Late payments may incur fees. Appointments canceled without reasonable notice may result in a cancellation fee. Service calls may include applicable travel charges.
Privacy Policy
Your contact information is used strictly for scheduling, communication, and invoicing. We respect your privacy and never sell customer data to third parties.
